POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
You can find all the information you need on preparing and presenting your poster below.

The maximum poster size is A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). Please ensure that the poster content is in portrait orientation (i.e. vertically). Posters in landscape format (i.e. horizontally) cannot be displayed in the Poster Exhibition.
Poster material
The poster must be printed on paper. Electronic posters cannot be displayed in the Poster Exhibition.
The poster should be written in English.
You are responsible for having your poster printed. Please bring your poster with you to the conference.
Presenting your poster at the conference
Please ensure that you bring your poster to the designated exhibition area 30 minutes before your poster session. Please see the conference programme to find out which day your poster has been allocated to.
Close to the Registration Desk you will find a list of all posters and their presenters as well as the allocated location for each poster. Please take your poster to the correct poster wall and attach it to the poster wall using the material provided. There is no need to bring pins etc. with you, as these will be provided by the local organisers.
Please ensure that you are present by your poster during the poster session (please see the programme for exact timings of the sessions). You may wish to prepare handouts based on your poster to give out to those interested in your work.
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Technical Requirements
Presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx).
Personal laptops are not allowed.
All rooms are equipped with a projector, laptop, and screen.
Only in-room facilities are available for uploading your presentation.
Uploading Your Presentation
Pre-load your presentation on the conference laptop using a USB stick.
This must be done at least 1 hour before your talk or during session breaks.
Presentations must be uploaded in the same hall where you will be presenting.
Before Your Session
Introduce yourself to the session chair or organizer before the session begins.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early and sit in the front row to ensure a smooth speaker transition.
Presentation Timing
Each oral presentation is allocated 10 minutes including Q & A.
Please keep to your time to: 1) Ensure all presenters get their full slot. 2) Allow attendees to move between sessions as planned.
Session Details
Confirm your presentation time, location, and session chair in the final programme.
